Friends for life !!
Sunday, September 18, 2005 at 11:08PM Met two of my college classmates today after a long time. One after 7 years and the other one after 12 !!
Between the three of us and another classmate who is local, we had a great time !! It was as though we have been together all this time. Amazing how we can do that with the old college buddies...
After they left, came home to look for some old pictures.. found two defining pictures.. Drinking tea at Bihari's chai shop and playing Holi (yours truly is the one with the hose pipe !) These are photos of the original 12 year old, not so well preserved photos.. 
Drove around from San Fransisco to San Jose to Stanford area for 200 miles today with my buddies.. didnt feel time go by at all.. wish we could do this more often !!

Holi snap brings back lot of memories !! Those were the times...
After the spryaing water we would throw people on the ground and roll them in mud. We would then sit in the sun till we dry..
Hope the legacy continues even now.
those were the days indeed...
i hope there are guys in BHU drying off the mud bath in the sun, even today.

the whole BHU stuff seems interesting..maybe we should all plan a BHU visit during one of our India trips together...

mitr, sure thing. only sad news is that one of my buddies told me that munna maharaj passed away. dont know if it is true, but i am sure he would have given emeril a run for his money !
high school friend? whats his name? didnt recognize the face...
munna maharaj passed away-a ?!! He kept saying "hum amreeka ja rahe hain.." poor chap. Dont know if he ever made a trip.
